Who's behind the work? It's me! Let me tell you some stuff about me so I can be more transparent.

As it says on the home page my name is Xavier Marquez. I am a 21 year old college student currently attending Suny Polytechnic Institute; I am set to graduate in 2025. I grew up and still reside in the boroughs of New York City. Throughout my life, I've been part of or have done many things to provide me with skills that will assist me in the game's industry.

Indie Developer: 2020 - Current
- I have been working on different independent projects that have helped me develop my art and animation skillsCollege Student: 2021 - 2025
- Worked as a creative lead in a semester long project with a group of 30 students where I had to create art documents and provide my team with constructive criticism on their artwork- I worked with a team of 6 as a creative lead to adapt a book into a video game for a semester long project- I worked with a team of 4 as the sole artist on a semester long project adapting a board game- I have participated in a couple game jams and art jams hosted by the Game Design Club of which I am a former vice president ofHigh School Student: 2017 - 2021
I created an Esports club in high school and worked with students developing strategies for the game Overwatch

- Lead a team of 28 students to the regional competition of the Virtual Enterprise program where an entire class simulates a business, of which I was the CEOHOBY Youth Leadership: 2020 - 2020
- Accepted into the program for my educational prowess, I participated in many leadership building activities to strengthen my confidence.Employment: 2015 - Current
- Summer Youth Employment Program: For a couple of years I did various jobs including taking care of children, working at an old folks home, and assisting educators with their duties- Kohl's: Worked many positions to assist fellow coworkers and all customers in an orderly manner- AutoZone: Assisted customers with vehicle issues, providing guidance towards solutions, while also occasionally exiting the workplace to provide real time assistance for vehicle issues- Target: Manage inventory and relocate products to their correlating locations, while consistently providing customers with any support they need
